Irina – My Russian friend, I became friend with Irina who was a manager in an online shop conpany in Moscow city.

The main business of them was helping Russian customers buy products from other countries. Up to 2011, they started to buy many parcels from China. At the beginning, they delivered by Post.  With the development of their business, they bought over hundred parcels in one week and the problems of logistics became one of the big handicaps of their business.

The fact was that the delivery time of Poat is uncertain, for example, from Beijing city to Moscow city, the delivery time range from 20~35 days.Together with certain rate of parcel loss, the customers were not satisfied with their services. Sometimes they must call them time and time again to make claim for the delivery. This did hurt their good image in customers’ heart.

Based on long time cooperation, we found a good way of delivery for them. In a period of one week, we helped them collect the parcels they bought and then air them  to Moscow a time. After receiving the parcels, they could arrange the good logistics solutions for exact customer due to detailed customer info. Because there were many other express companies in Moscow, they could arrange the suitable logistics solutions for each customer. And then they could control and expect the delivery time. It became much effective and saves time.Customer's complaint became fewer and fewer,so their business went better and better.
